Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicinal kinesis dissolution and knee tri-acupuncture combined therapy to deal with knee osteoarthritis and probe their mechnism. To provide evident for manipulation and acupuncture combination therapy.Methodology:According to the random comparison of clinical trial priniciple, patients that meet diagnosis criterion will be randomly distribute into three group, which is therapeutic group 20 cases, using kinesis dissolution and knee tri-acupuncture combined therapy, and control group one using traditional massage therapy and control group two using traditional acupuncture therapy. Using ISOA and correlative as main observation indexes, and observe result using statistic analysis to get a conclusion.Result: The total effective rate of kinesis dissolution and knee tri-acupuncture combined therapy is 95% and that of traditional massage therapy is 85%. the overall therapeutic effect between two groups has P<0. 05, two groups have distinct difference, so the overall therapeutic effect of kinesis dissolution and knee tri-acupuncture combined therapy is better than traditional massage therapy; that of traditional acupuncture therapy is 75%. the overall therapeutic effect between two groups has P<0. 05,two groups have distinct difference, so the overall therapeutic effect of kinesis dissolution and knee tri-acupuncture combined therapy is better than traditional acupuncture;Beside,the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving symptoms and relieving pains.Conclusion:The kinesis dissolution and knee tri-acupuncture combined therapy have certion curative effect on the knee osteoarthritis.
