Objective:Nursing Health education is a kind of education activities with purpose, planing, organization and evaluation, in order to help patients master of selfcare knowledge and skills and to recovery, maintenance, and promote people's health.As a result, the theory and methods of education has a instructive role to nursing health education. To survey the non-intellectual factors of nurses and patients on the impact of nursing health education. to ensure the further development of Health education in theoretical and practical.Methods:The patient and nurses were selected randomly in the People's Hospital of Shehezi , the Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University and the 145 Mission's Hospital to survey the non-intellectual factors of nurses and patients on the impact of nursing health education.Observation method,open interview method and close questionnaire were used.The data were compared and analyzed by SPSS11.0.Results:Patients and nurses can recognize the importance and necessity of health education in recovering, maintaining, and promoting people's health.However, the patients has unsatisfied performance in seeking self-care knowledge and skills, as well as in adhering aspect. The nurses can not proceed from the needs of patients in health education. It is difficult to reflect the dominant position of patients in the process of health education. In addition, both nurses and patients'non-intellectual factors performanced in health education are affected by such factors as age, education level, Occupational and so on.Conclusion: Both nurses and patients'non-intellectual factors have different degree of influence on health education , particularly in the motivation and interest in even more evident. Therefore, in the course of the health education, both nurses and patients should have a positive and correct motivation, a strong interest, And insist on this in any part of health education , in order to guarantee the effectiveness and continuing of health education, to truly reflect the important role of health education in the recovering, maintaining, and promoting human health.
