The Related Study Of Defense Style And Social Support, Coping Style Of The Patients Of Caesarean Birth Of The Postpartum Depression

Object:This study will discuss the factors of the wave of psychology and emotion , on base of before informations and analysis in many psychological changes ,stresses from society and family and shifts of roles from themselves factors .through investigating the pregnant psychological factors, To find some regular for The patients of caesarean birth of the postpaitum depression .This study will offer some datas to intervene psychological factors .To explor the relationship among Social suppout ,Coping style ,Defense mechanism. In order to help then bridge the gestation all right. Methods:600 the patients of caesarean birth who were different conditions were investigated by using a combination of methods: a questionnaire survey and interviews . including Self-Rating Depression Scale Social (SDS), Support Rating Scale (SSRS), Copying Style Questionnaire (CSQ) and Defensive Style Questionnaire (DSQ).Results:In this survey, we took back 600 complete and effective questionaires.1.The result showed in questionaire 451 patients who no depression state to extend occurred in 75.2% of the patients of caesarean birth. While 149 patients who depression state to extend occurred in 24.8% of the patients of caesarean birth.2.The cases were divided into two groups(depression group and non-depression). There were significant difference in earnings (P<0.05) . but no significant difference in age and culture. (P>0.05)3. In Support Rating Scale, There were significant difference in subjectivie supporting. (P<0.05).4.In coping style, there were no significant difference in social support between two groups(P>0.05).5. There were significant difference in the averages scores of immature defense styles such as projection, passive-aggression, acting out, fantasy, withdrawl between two groups(P<0.05). There were remarkable difference in the averages scores of mature defense styles such as humor, sublimation and intermediate between two groups(P<0.05).In the patients of caesarean birth the depression was correlated negatively with the factors of solving problem and appealing, and correlated positively with the factors of illusion, wince. The positively significant correlation were found out between the depression and the and wince,between the factors of solving problem and appealing and the social support.Conclusion:1. There was higher depression incidence rate in the patients of caesarean birth. The economic condition may be one of the main causes in influencing the incidence of depression for patients .2. the patients of caesarean birthwere given a certain social support from the family and the socity. What could improve the coping style and relieve the depression symptoms of the patients of caesarean birth remarkably.The signifcant factors were the coping style and the social Support in the patients of caesarean birth of the postpartum depression...
