| Objective: Appraises the effect of normal limb position hairpin and the hyerbaric oxygen to the patients of cerebral infarction, explores the best therapeutic schedule, in order to further enhancing the clinical curative effect and improves patients' survival quality.Methods: 1 135 cases of patients who were in department of acupuncture (department of cerebrovascular disease) in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Hebei Medical University and department of nerve internal medicine center of hyerbaric oxygen treatment in Shijiazhuang Center Hospital were selected and were diagnosed cerebral infarction from March 2006 to December 2007, all the patients were divided into three groups randomly. After the treatment, the group A (therapy of normal limb position hairpin with hyerbaric oxygen) had 42 cases, group B (therapy of hairpin with normal limb position) had 38 cases, group C (therapy of hyerbaric oxygen with normal limb position) had 40 cases, each group had non-significance differences on ages, sex, courses, individual history, family history as well as complications (P>0.05), can compare with each other.2 All the patients received the normal treatment. Group A was also given the therapy of normal limb position hairpin with hyerbaric oxygen, scalp acupuncture points was elected by International Standardization of Scalp Acupuncture Points programme, contralateral limb, top area before the temporal, parietal temporal after the slash, after the hairpin treatment had finished, received the treatment of hyperbaric oxygen, instructed the patients to keep the normal limb position which consistent with the normal pattern of rehabilitation medicine, had the supine position, the trouble side position, the healthy side position. Group B was given the therapy of hairpin with normal limb position, group C was given the therapy of hyerbaric oxygen with normal limb position, the treatment of hyerbaric oxygen, hairpin and normal limb position same with group A. The treatment of each group was once every day, 10 times were a course. 2 treatment courses continuously, break one day among the courses.3 Observe the changes of hemorheological numerical, neurological impairment evaluation(China Stroke Scale), the activities of daily living evaluation(ADL), and determine the overall therapeutic effect of three groups of patients before and after treatment.Results : 1 the changes of neurological impairment evaluationWith statistical analysis, before treatment, there was non-significance difference (P>0.05), after the treatment, it reduced obviously, had the significant difference (P<0.01) when compared with before; compared with each other, with B,C,group A had the significant difference (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and had the significant difference (P<0.05) between group B and C. That in three kind of therapeutic schedules to reduced the neurological impairment evaluation, therapy of normal limb position hairpin with hyerbaric oxygen to be best, therapy of hairpin with normal limb position better then therapy of hyerbaric oxygen with normal limb position.2 the change of daily living evaluationWith statistical analysis, before treatment, there was non-significance difference (P>0.05), after the treatment, the ADL increased obviously, had the significant difference (P<0.05) comparing with before; compared with each other, with B,C,group A had the significant difference (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and had the significant difference (P<0.05) between group B and C. It explained that in three kind of therapeutic schedules to improve the daily life activity effect, therapy of normal limb position hairpin with hyerbaric oxygen to be best, therapy of hairpin with normal limb position better then therapy of hyerbaric oxygen with normal limb position.3 the change of hemorheological numerical3.1 FibrinogenWith statistical analysis, before treatment, there were non-significance difference (P>0.05), after the treatment, it reduced obviously, had the significant difference (P<0.01) comparing with before; compared with each other, group A had the significant difference (P<0.01 or P<0.05), there were non-significance difference (P>0.05) between group B and C. That in three kinds of therapeutic schedules, therapy of normal limb position hairpin with hyerbaric oxygen to be best.3.3 Blood plasma viscosityWith statistical analysis, before treatment, there were non-significance difference (P>0.05), after the treatment, it reduced obviously, had the significant difference (P<0.01) comparing with before, compared with each other, group A had the significant difference (P<0.01 or P<0.05), there were non-significance difference (P>0.05) between group B and C. The analysis showed that in three kinds of therapeutic schedules, therapy of normal limb position hairpin with hyerbaric oxygen to be best.3.4 Red blood cell accumulation indexWith statistical analysis, before treatment, there were non-significance difference (P>0.05), after the treatment, group A had the significant difference (P<0.01) comparing with before; group B and C had non-significance difference(P>0.05). Namely the therapy of normal limb position hairpin with hyerbaric oxygen can reduce the red blood cell accumulation index obviously, therapy of hairpin with normal limb position and therapy of hyerbaric oxygen with normal limb position reduce the red blood cell accumulation index not obviously.4 Clinical curative effect comparisonThe result showed it obtain the good curative effect after the treatment of three groups of patients, group A (the therapy of normal limb position hairpin with hyerbaric oxygen) is highest(92.9%), group B (therapy of hairpin with normal limb position) to be next(84.2%), group C (therapy of hyerbaric oxygen with normal limb position) lowest(70.0%), and had the significant difference (P<0.05).5 The Safety examination resultThe bad reaction did not discovers in treatment and control groups of clinical trial. The abnormality phenomenon were not discovered in pre-treatment and post-treatment through the blood normal regulations, urine normal regulations, stool normal regulations, liver function, kidney function, electrocardiogram examination.Conclusion:1 By the comprehensive of improvement of neurological impairment evaluation and the activities of daily living evaluation, it confirmed that the therapy of normal limb position hairpin with hyerbaric oxygen were superior to therapy of hairpin with normal limb position and therapy of hyerbaric oxygen with normal limb position.2 The therapy of normal limb position hairpin with hyerbaric oxygen reduced the blood rheology the blood plasma viscosity, the red blood cell presses the product, the red blood cell accumulation index and the blood plasma fibrinogen target, and achieved good clinical curative effective on treating patients of cerebral infarction.3 Therapy of hairpin with normal limb position and therapy of hyerbaric oxygen with normal limb position can reduce the hemorheological numerical, better access to the precise clinical results.4 The therapy of normal limb position hairpin with hyerbaric oxygen has improved clinical efficacy, reduced disability and other benefits, and the shorter the duration, the better the effect.5 It introducted the idea in rehabilitation medicine about normal limb position, unified the hairpin and hyerbaric oxygen, and provided the effective therapeutic schedule for the patients of cerebral infarction.
