The Research On Treating Strock By Shu-jing-tong-du Tuina With Bobath Method

Objective:Appraises the effect of Shujingtongdu with Bobath method to the patients of stroke,explores the best therapeutic schedule,in order to further enhancing the clinical curative effect and improves patients’survival quality.Methods:1.Totally90cases of patients who were in the treatment center were selected and were diagnosed stroke from October2011to April2012, all the patients were divided into three groups randomly. After the treatment, the group A (Bobath method) had26cases, group B (Shujingtongdu) had28cases, group C (Shujingtongdu and Bobath method) had27cases, each group had non-significance differences on ages, sex, courses(P>0.05), can compare with each other.2. All the patients received the normal treatment.Group A, Bobath therapy. Early to maintain the correct lying position, Affected limb joints and the passive movement of the shoulder girdle. Health ipsilateral stand up training, Shuangqiao practice and singlebridge,Wrist and ankle dorsiflexion stretch training; After the Patient can sit up, carry out Bedside Kin ipsilateral sat up training,sitting balancetraining, sitting station training stations, balance training and walkingtraining; Taken to inhibit spasm mode to promote the training of the separatist movement For the occurrence of spastic paralysispatien’ts,Recovery phase in patients with emphasis on fine motor training.Group B was given the treatment of Shujingtongdu.By using the strategy of Shujingtongdu,massaging the head.upper and lower limbs,back along the meridian at first.Using the technologies such as rolling method,kneading,pinching method,shaking method and acupoint pressing along meridian.Focusing on the treatment of the affected limb and relaxing the muscle with high tension by the use of massaging.Then focusing on the treatment of du meridian and both bladder channels.Group C was given the treatment of Shujingtongdu and Bobath method.15minutes before Bobath method,Using shujingtongdu to treat the patients,then using Bobath method to treat the patients for30minutes.In the treatment of treatment.treatment for6days a week,twice a day.45minutes in the morning and45minutes in the afternoon,4weeks continuously.Observe the changes of neurological impairment evaluation(China Stroke Scale), motor dysfunction evaluation (Fngl-Meger Scale), the activities of daily living evaluation(ADL) before treatment.one week after treatment and four weeks after treatment.Results:1.The treatment of the former three groups had no significant differences in the indicators.Show that the three sets of samples from the same general,comparable.2.After treatment compared to the targets of the three groups with significant difference.3.The targets of the three groups before and after treatment are significant difference.Conclusion:1. As the Shujingtongdu with the Bobath method used to cure the stroke, it made good use of the advantages of integrated tcm-wm.and integrated medicine resources effectively, and added treatment target points, raised treatment efficiency, shortened patients’length of stay and saved treatment cost.
