Objective:To study the effects of focused ultrasound (FU) on limb motor function, balance function and daily living activities of the patients with cerebral infarction. designed for cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia of rehabilitation to find a safe, efficient and reasonable treatment, the patients have self-care or restore a certain ability to work, and then reduce the burden of family and society. Methods:In the60cases of hemiplegia with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in each group given drug and rehabilitation treatment. patients in the treatment group accept the treatment of focused ultrasonic apparatus (LCA200) on the hemiplegic limb with the production of Chongqing HIFU technology. Before and after treatment of30d evaluated all patients of limb motor function, balance function and activities of daily living (ADL) with Brunnstrom assessment method of hemiplegic limb motor and balance function, Fugl-meyer score and Barthel score.Results:After30d treatment with the hemiplegic patients of the two groups found that all patients’motor function, balance function and ability of daily living were significantly improved than before(P<0.05), and the patients of the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Focused ultrasound was very good effects on improving limbs motor function, balance ability and the ability of daily life in hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction, and the therapic safety is well worth application clinically.
