An Analysis On The Risk Factors Of The Recurrence Of Condyloma Acuminatum

Objectives:To explore the revalent factors of the recurrence of Condyloma Acuminatum(CA), and furtherly to guide patients with CA to reduce the recurrence rate of CA through avoiding those factors.Methods:300 cases with CA from the outpatient department of the Third Hospital of Datong City were enrolled and were assigned into two groups:group A and group B.I adopt Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) and the Questionnaire on Recurrence Risk Factors of CA to test the patients.The data was analyzed with SPSS 12.0 software,and Chi-squared test and logistic regression were adopted to assess revalant factors of the recurrence of CA.Results:B y chi-squared tests,the results showed that drinking(P＜0.01),smoking(P＜0.01),combined immunodeficiency lower disease(P＜0.01),sleep time(P＜0.01),education (P＜0.01),condom use(P=0.03),attitude towards CA(P＜0.01),degree of depression (P＜0.01),scrape(P=0.001),number of sex partners(P＜0.01),drug treatment(P＜0.01) stage of menses(P=0.002)and wrappings length(P＜0.001) were associated with the recurrence of CA.Logistic regression showed that combined immunodeficiency lower disease(b₁=0.902,P＜0.01),drinking(b₂=0.316,P=0.031),education(b₃=-0.328,P=0.021),sleep time (b₄=-0.294,P=0.046),wrappings length(b₅=0.432,P＜0.01) were in the equation.The lower immunity diseases,drinking volume and the length of foreskin were risk factors of the recurrence of CA,and education and sleep time were protective factors of the recurrence of CA. With an increase in each grade of the lower immunity,drinking volume and the length of foreskin the risk of the recurrence of CA reached to 2.46 times,1.37 times and 1.54 times respectively.With an increase in each level of education and sleep time the risk of the recurrence of CA reduced to 72%and 75%respectively.Conclusions:The lower immunity diseases,alcohol,education,sleep and the foreskin had statistically significant relationship with the recurrence of CA,among which the lower immunity diseases,alcohol and the foreskin may were risk factors.
