A Clinical Research Of Risk Factors Associated With Recurrent Condyloma Acuminatum

Objectives To analyze the relapse of condyloma acuminatum,and toexplore the risk factors for recurrence of condyloma acuminatum.Method Totally72CA patients admitted in dermatology andvenerelogy department in our hospital from April2012to Dercember2013,we investigated their clinical data about general condition such asgender, age,marital status,and education level, personal behaviors such assmoking, alcohol,number of sexual partner,the source of infection,redundant prepuce of male,condom use situation,sexually transmitteddisease,or in combination with other autoimmune disease, a patient’sskin lession, the number of lession, HPV-DNA subtype, T cellsubsets,recurrent circumstance.The data were analyzed by using thechi-squre test,single factor unconditional logistic regression analysis andmultiple factors unconditional Logistic regression analysis,to evaluate theclinical data for recurrence of condyloma acuminate.Results64patients were consistent with the study,8patients due todifferent reasons can not participate in this study.The results indicatedthat the risk factors for CA recurrence include the site of lesion (OR=20.864%,95%CI:1.589-273.91)、number of sexual partner (OR=1.572%,95%CI:0.716-3.448）、HPV-DNA subtype (OR=4.128%,95%CI:0.609- 27.975)、T cell subsets (OR=83.232%,95%CI:5.399-1283.13）,andcondom use is a protective factors for recurrence of CA.Conclusion There are a variety of factors are associated withrecurrence of condyloma acuminatum,so patients and sexual partnersshould be strengthened propaganda and education, Adoptingindividualized and comprehensive treatment is the key to reduce therecurrence.
