In the contemporary era China is undergoing a strong social diversification in the process of the establishment and improvement of socialist market economy system. Owing to some influences aroused by unperfected system and relatively demoralized supervision in assurance system and medical and health laws and regulations. A strained relationship and inharmonious atmosphere come to be seen between medicalcares and patients, even sometimes becomes stronger, which affect the favorable lasting development of medical and health services but also do harm to social harmony. Nurses are one of the principal parts. Nowadays great changes have taken place between nursing and patients. Two parts tend to conflict and in the grip of trust crisis. Therefore, to seek a balance relationship, analyze basic confliction cause and explore a good way to deal with it is of great realistic importance for nursing services and patients. At present the research about nurse-patient relationship, to some extent, confines itself to only investigating superficial respects within medical and health body itself, some just only from nurses themselves. Clearly,it has limitations.This paper, from China social diversification standpoint, will discuss and analyze the profound cause of problem which lies between medical and health services and patients; to explore a fine way to break away from the problem on the ground of laws and policies, assurance systems, administrative regulations and faults two parts have. We must adhere to the idea of human-oriented and find the path of contemporary Chinese nurse-patient relationship from four dimensions: the government, social, medical institutions and nurses. The government should increase the level of resources in health, care and rational allocation of human resources. And through the improvement of medical service system and health laws and regulations to establish and improve the medical risk protection system and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of both nurses and patients.The social should create a trend of "harmonious nurse-patient" ;Carry forward the traditional virtues of respect for nurses; Promote the establishment of Nursing Association to regulated the professional conduct of nurses by ethical standards; Promote the agree of outstanding service quality of nurses by use of media influence. The medical institutions should focus on strengthening the building of the hospital culture, and create a "patient-centered" the harmonious atmosphere; Application of incentive mechanism to promote humane care management; Attach importance to long education of nurses and improve the professional satisfaction of nurses; Stimulate potential of nurses to improve the quality of care services;Strengthen the care crisis management to ensure that the lives of patients with health and safety. Nurses should to change effectively their concept of service and strive to improve the quality of professional, human qualities, the skills of service level, the care satisfaction from paitients. And nurses achieve their life values in the dedication. Ultimately the establishment of friendly nurse-patient relationship which will mitigate the contradiction and promote the rebuilding of harmonious physician-patient relationship. And it promotes social harmony and stability.
