Objective:To analyse the thyroid hormonal pattern and sexual hormonal pattern in HIV infected patients;To investigate the correlation between thyroid,gonadal dysfunction and patients age,virus infection time,albumin,serum lipids;To observe the possible relationship between the thyroid,gonadal function and CD4 cell counts;To research the degree of sexual dysfunction and the relationship between sexual dysfunction and the changes of sexual hormone;To evaluate the possible influence on glucose,blood lipids and uric acid level.To observe the possible relationship between glucose,blood lipids and uric acid level and CD4 cell counts;Methods:According to the 2004 HW infection developed diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria,We enrolled 220 cases of HW infected patients for the experimental group,182 healthy for the control group.All admitted subjects were evaluated thyroid hormones,and some subjects were objected to the determination of sexual hormones,biochemical parameters,CD4 cell counts are carded out in HIV-infected patients.At the same time 200 patients with HIV infection were related to sexual function questionnaire.Statistical analysis was guided by a staistician and was performed using SPSS(13.0).Resuits:1,There were changes in thyroid hormone(p<0.05);As much as 38.7percent of the patients has one or more of thyroid hormone changes,19.1 percent of the patients has the occurrence of subclinical hypothyroidism;The changes in women were more than that were in men.There were no correlation between thyroid,gonadal dysfunction and patients age,virus infection time,albumin,serum lipids 2.With the decline ofCD4,FT3,FT4decreased.There was a positive correlation between the twos(p<0.05).There were no similar changes of other hormones;When CD4 cell counts was less than 100 cell/hour,T3,T4,and RT3,sTSH significantly decreased and TGAb,TMAb rose.3,There were significant changes of T,E2 of male (p<0.05),T level was low in 75.5 percent,E2 level was high in 21.8 percent;There were significant changes in T,PRL,P,E2 of female(p<0.05),T level was low in 2.3 percent,PRL level was high in 9.7 percent.4,There were no correlation between sexual hormonal changes in male and CD4 cell counts(p>0.05);With the decline of CD4 cell counts,T declined gradually and PRL increased gradually in women;There were no correlation between E2,P,LH,FSH changes in female and CD4 cell counts (p>0.05);In the multivariate analysis on T related factors,only CD4 eventually enter the equation.5,In the survey,sexual dysfunction rate in male is 84.9 percent,sexual dysfunction rate in female is 94.5 percent,the main degree of sexual dysfunction is mild.6,Fasting blood glucose level was low in 17.9 percent,triglycerides level was high in 47.7 percent,uric acid level was high in 8 percent.With the decline of CD4 cell counts,TC,TG declined gradually.Conclusion:1,Abnormalities in thyroid function tests were found in HIV infected patients,the thyroid hormonal changes of women was significant.The most common changes is subclinical hypothyroidism.There was a relationship between hormonal changes and CD4 cell counts.2,Significant changes were founded in sexual hormones level.T decreased significantly.There was a relationship between hormonal changes of female and CD4 counts.3,Sexual dysfunction of men and women was significant and the main degree of sexual dysfunction was mild.4,Abnormal metabolic indicators were founded in patients.
