Objective:Study the Correlation between Iodine Conversion rate and time of Effective half life of Graves' Disease PatientsMethods:Choice 639 Patients with Graves' Disease,According conversion rates divided into four groups.Measurement the Iodine Conversion rate and time of Effective half life.Conclusion:Four half-life group analysis showed that the variance can be considered an average half-life of the four groups there are differences.And the conversion rate between the Teff is a negative correlation.Y=7.463-2.565X(y—Teff x--Iodine Conversion rate)can be used as half-life formula in Clinical projections.
