A Clinical Study On Huatanzhuyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To observe and attest clinical effectivensee of huatanzhuyu decoction therapy on coronary heart disease.Methods:73 cases with coronary heart disease of phlegm-stagnancy-type were randomly divided into the treated group(39 cases)and the control group(34 cases).The treated group was treated with huatanzhuyu decoction,on pack daily.The control group was treated with isosorbide-mononitrate,l tablet 3 times a day.One course of treatment is 30 days,observing 2 courses.The changes of attack frequency,degree,others adjoint symptom,physical sign, electrocardiogram,blood lipid level were studied after treatment.Results:Two total curative effect comparison,the gross of the treated group is efficient for 82.1%,inefficiency rate as 17.9%,the gross of the control group is efficient for 67.6%,inefficiency rate as 33.4%,the difference was significant between two groups(P＜0.05).Two improvement of pectoral stuffiness pain comparison,the gross of the treated group is efficient for 84.6%,inefficiency rate as 15.4%,the gross of the control group is efficient for 70.6%,inefficiency rate as 29.4%,the difference was significant between two groups(P＜0.05).The improvement of ECG comparison:the improvement rate of the treated group is 82.1%,the improvement rate of the control group is 64.7%.The difference was significant between two groups(P＜0.05).The changes of the blood lipid level:After treatment TC,TG,LDL-C of the treated group were significantly decreased,HDL-C was higher.TC,LDL-C of the control group were significantly of the treatment of decreased(P＜0.05).The improvement of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C was better than that of the control group. Conclusion:General chinical effect,ECG improvement,the blood lipid metabolism accomodation of Huatanzhuyu decoction therapy on coronary heart disease were better than the control group.
