| Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety index of huotanhuayu decotion in treating Phlegm-blood-stagnancy-type coronary heart disease unstable angina and its effects on the blood lipid?CRP?IL-6,and discuss preliminarily the mechanism of its action,and lay a foundation for the popularization and in-depth study of its clinical application.According:Patients who met the criteria of this study were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was given the huotanhuayu decoction on the basis of routine western medicine,while the control group was treated with routine western medicine for 60 days.The clinical efficacy was evaluated after the end of the course of treatment.To observe the changes in TCM syndrome,the change of angina pectoris classification,the change of dynamic electrocardiogram,the changes of blood lipid?CRP?IL-6 and the safety indexes.Results:In the improvement of TCM syndrome,the two groups were all effective,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Two groups were effective in the improvement of angina pectoris classification,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);In the improvement of the dynamic electrocardiogram,the two groups were effective,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,with the statistics were statistically significant(P<0.05);In terms of blood lipid,two groups of TC ? TG and LDL-C were ameliorated,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the serum HDL-C level was significantly ameliorated than before(P<0.05);The amelioration of the level of CRP level in the two groups were all effective,and the treatment group was better than the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05);The two groups were all effective in the amelioration of IL-6 level,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);And the safety observation indexes of the treatment group and the control group were all within the normal range.Conclusion:1.The effect of huotanhuayu decotion on phlegm-blood-stagnancy-type coronary heart disease unstable angina is definite.It can improve significantly the TCM syndrome?the classification of angina pectoris?the dynamic electrocardiogram and treat the myocardial ischemia of the patients.2.It can ameliorate the level of TC ? TG ? LDL-C and HDL-C of patients with phlegm-blood-stagnancy-type coronary heart disease unstable angina to ameliorate atherosclerosis.which may be one of the mechanisms for the treatment of coronary heart disease.3.The level of CRP and IL-6 of patients with phlegm-blood-stagnancy-type coronary heart disease unstable angina can be significantly ameliorated,and the inflammatory reaction of vascular endothelial cells can be inhibited.This may be another mechanism for the treatment of coronary heart disease. |
