| Objective:My tutor,Pro.Kunyin Li,being the academic heir of Pro.Huiqing Ouyang,who is the third batch of famous veteran teran doctors of TCM in China, finds the curative effect of TCM to dysmenorrhea caused by adenomyosis is exact, so he sorts the commonly used medicine by Pro.Huiqing Ouyang and considers that the blood stasis is the key point of the disease to create Huayuzhitong prescription.By now,the researches about the adenmyosis have not ever refer to the mechanism of action of Chinese Medicine,So we design this research to initially approach the mechanism of action how the Chinese Medicine relive the dysmenorrheal caused by adenomyosis through observing PG,OT and take CA125 as the index for curative effect in order to make Chinese Medicine widely used in clinic.Methods:According to the self contrast,the 20 patients who are diagnosed of the dysmenorrhea caused by adenomyosis from No.l Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM are asked to take the Huayuzhitong prescription (faeces trogopterorum,radix notoginseng,myrrha,saussureae,corydalis, combined spicebush root,paeonia,licorice root,thunberg fritillary bulb, ranunculus ternate radix)seven days before the menstruation comes,dosis and twice a day,hale an hour after meals,continual treatment for one course(three menstrual cycle).Then ask the patients to fill in , to observe the degree of menstruation and dysmenorrhea,then measure the uterus size by B-ultrasound and detect levels of CA125,PG2α,PGE2,OT in peripheral blood tested by euzymelinked immunosorbent assay before and after treatment.Results:After taking Huayuzhitong prescription,the degree of dysmenorrheal lighten obviously,total effective power is 90%,two pregnance one month after the treatment.All of their menstruation get well,the score of decreases(P＜0.01);the degree of dysmenorrhea relieves (χ2=28.89,P＜0.01);the uterus size diminish obviously(contract 8.6%,P＜0.05); levels of CA125,PGF2α,PGE2,OT in peripheral blood also appear to have statistical significance(P＜0.05).What' s more,we review that the level of PGF2α,PGE2,OT has positive correlation with dysmenorrheal score(rs=0.877, 0.826,0.765,P＜0.01)except CA125(rs=-0.318,P＞0.05).Conclusion:①Huayuzhitong prescription can obviously relieve the symptom of dysmenorrhea,improve the menstruation,diminish the cubic capacity of uterus to prevent and cure AD to relieve the clinical symptom to control the state of an illness.②We consider CA125to be the reliable indicator to observe the clinical effect,which has nothing to do with dysmenorrhea.③In the pathogenesy of dysmenorrhea caused by AD,we prove that PG,OT have something to do with it and the degree of dysmenorrheal has positive correlation.④Huayuzhitong prescription cures dysmenorrhea caused by AD through lowering the level of PG,OT.For the exact pathogenesy of AD is not clear now,whether Huayuzhitong prescription plays a part in other ways is still to be discussed.
