The Clinic Research Of TongFuXieRe Recipe For Patients With Acute Lung Injury Due To Sepsis

[Objective]Surgical sepsis is common complication after organism experienceing the serious infection,the serious wound,the major surgery and so on.sepsis,acute lung injury,acute respiratory distress syndrome,multiple organ disfunction syndrome is different period during the time of systemic inflammatory response syndrome which the serious damage causes.The intestinal tract is the organ which is injured first,and the lung is the easiest organ to be injured.If not being treat immediately,patients with acute lung injury due to sepsis will become multiorgans dysfuction syndrome which has high mortality and hard to cure.In recent years,the morden medcine has a great development on diagnosis and treatment of acute lung injury.But there are no absoutely clear recognition on the pathogenesis.The single western medicine therapy cannot reduce the mortality efficently,we integrate traditional Chinese and Westem medicine therapy(TCM-WM therapy).Patients who have the symdrome of repletion heat will be treat with TongFuXieRe Recipe in this paper. To explore the effect of the TongFuXieRe Recipe in combination with routine treatment on cytokine and the time of hospitalization and the oxygenate index restores normally,the situation of ARDS and the death of patients with acute lung injury due to sepsis.[Method]In the clinical study,the research objects come from the patients in the second surgery and ICU of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of T raditional Chinese Medicine from January,2006 to May,2008. Thirty patients with acute lung injury due to sepsis were divided into the treatment group and the control group at random.There was nodifference between the two groups.All patients were treat with routine treatment according to companion of diagnosis and treatment to acute lung injury and acute respiratory syndrome.On the basis of routine treatment,the treatment group was treated with the TongFuXieRe Recipe for continuous 5 days or oxy-genate index becoming normal.All patients were drawed venous blood samples on before and the fifth,the seventhday after treatment.The blood serum was distilled and kept in refrigerator at -20℃until laboratory testing.The changes of TNF-a,IL-6, IL-8 of the two groups,the time of hospitalization and the oxygenate index restores normally,the situation of ARDS and the death were observed.[Results]On the third,seventh day after treatment,the levels of TNF-a, IL-6,IL-8 in the treatment group were decreased significantly as compared with those in the control group(p＜0.01)on the third day;Compared with the control group,the time of hospitalization and oxygenation index becoming normal level was significantly decrease(p＜0.05);The quantity of ARDS and mortality in the treatment group showed an decreasing tendency.[Conclusion]Integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine therapy was better than singal Westren medicine therapy in the treatment of patients with acute lung injury due to chest surgery disease.The TongFuXieRe Recipe can decrease TNF-a,IL-6,IL-8 levels of patients with acute lung injury due to chest surgery disease,regulate immunity ruction,reduce the inflammatory reaction in lung and tissue damage of lung,and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
