The Observation Of Clinic Curative Effects On The Gastral Cavilty Pain With Chaihuguizhi Tang

The disease of the gastral cavilty pain is located in the stomach,but has the close relations with spleen,liver and kidney.It was mainly caused by diet,tiredness,improper living as well as feeling maladjustment.And its precipitating factors compound for the disease and often cause this disease to heal repeatedly and difficultly.Especially in this high-speed era for development of science and technology,people' s life style changes fast,life step accelerates and the popularization of fast food and exquisite diet which increase the incidences and recurrent rate.In accordance with the epidemiology materials,the disease mainly regards to the young people between 20-60 years old and men obviously exceed women.The chronically patients has the high disease incidence and recurrent rate in spring.The acute patients are mostly seen in summer and autumn.This research is based on traditional Chinese medicine and considers the views of western medical science,in light of combination of diagnostic of disease and causes with paying attention to the Chaihuguizhi Tang and adopts the extract science powder.It collected the clinic cases of Chinese herbalist clinic of Yuan Sheng in Kaohsiung county from January 01,2006 to March 30, 2007,observed and analyzed its clinic effects and reasons of disease incidence and recurrent rate.It was expected to find out the new thinking,safer and efficient treatment methods to cure the gastral cavilty pain in order to apply to clinic and improve the effects and reduce the recurrent rate.The clinic results showed 100%effect,recovery rate 56.41%,marked rate 41.02%and effective rate 2.56%.The pain treatment showed 58.97%effect, marked rate 53.84%,effective rate 5.12%and ineffective rate 41.02%.It presents that Chaihuguizhi Tang has the excellent analgesic and healed effects.And in president' s course of treatment within 4 weeks,the recurrent cases were 13(33.33%).To analyze its reasons it performed that the recurrent symptom was caused by precipitating factors due to the pain relieve.On the clinic treatment in order to improve the clinic healed effect the patients need to be taught the knowledge,attitude and self-care behavior in addition to evaluation of the reasons and dialectical theory.The group age mainly focuses between 30-50 years old from the cases analysis,which has tallied with epidemic disease.Food,life style and emotion such as preference of pungent flavor,irregular and indefinite dining,fast diet,work after meal, no workout or rare workout,nervousness,anxiety etc.conform to improper diet and feeling maladjustment that are the main causes of this disease.This research refers to preliminary clinical observation,it has limited on few samples and research environment.Therefore,the results we gain from this research are initial conclusion.Moreover,the research conditions will be changing and improving in different circumstances in the future,in order to obtain more accurate data to apply on clinical purpose.
