ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to explore the TCM standards and the distribution of breast cancer and the syndrome influential factor of TCM on perioperative stage of breast cancer for the purpose of establishing a unified breast cancer Perioperative TCM standards and norms provided clinical diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine to based on.MehodClinical epidemiological methods were used for hospital patients with operable breast cancer during the cross-sectional observation, collection of Syndrome information, databases and mathematical statistics were used, to build syndrome diagnostic criteria, for the study of the distribution of breast cancer and the syndrome influential factor of TCM on perioperative stage of breast cancer.ResultThe Syndrome distribution regulation of TCM: The cluster analytic results suggested that patients with breast cancer before surgery divided into three types: Liver Depression-Tanning and kidney deficiency, Liver depression and blood stasis, the imbalance of the Liver Depression-type. It were divided into three types on The third day after surgery: Weakness of the spleen and stomach, spleen and stomach-wet storm, the deficiency of qi and blood. Three types on The sisth day after surgery: Weakness of the spleen and stomach, Qiyinliangxu type, wet storm of the spleen and stomach. And the main symptoms and minor symptoms of each symdrom were initially established. The TCM Syndrome Research results suggested that factors in patients with Syndrome certification before the pathological stage, C-erbB-2 gene expression related to cancer, and whether fertility, whether menopause, whether lymph nodes, ER, PR expression, Age, early middle age, the number of pregnancies, the middle class, the number of people, marriage, and other factors were not detected related to the TCM Syndrom berore the operation (p>0. 05) . Opponents after the third day of the certification related factors deficiency of qi and blood analysis showed that pathological staging higher than that of the weak spleen and stomach, there were significant differences (p<0. 05) .After the surgery before the surgery , the change overall TCM syndrome turned to Deficiency Syndrome, by the stagnation of the former gas, Tanzhuo, blood stasis, and so on to turned to the spleen and stomach weak, Qiyin (blood) deficiency, and other syndrome after the operation. The TCM syndrome after surgery were mainly weak spleen and stomach, spleen and stomach wet storm, Qiyin (blood) deficiency, the proportion of the spleen and stomach weak was higher.ConclusionThe study explore the Perioperative TCM standards and Syndrome distribution and its influential factor of breast cancer. The cluster analytic results suggested that patients with breast cancer before surgery divided into three types: Liver Depression-Tanning and kidney deficiency, Liver depression and blood stasis, the imbalance of the Liver Depression-type.
