Objective To observe the treatment effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride combined with pralidoxime chloride on mixed agricultural chemicals poisoning.Methods All 50 healthy adult Wistar rats were randomizedly assigned into normal control groups,paraquat group,6h treatment group,12h treatment group and 24h treatment group.Serum was obtained at the end of experiment.Serum BUN,Cr,ALT, AST,ALP,TP,ALB,GLB,A/G,GLU and CHE was detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer and serum TNF-αwas detected by ELISA.Results The paraquat group animal were died within six hours.None animal died in treatment group and control group.The serum BUN,Cr,ALT,AST,ALP,GLU of paraquat were higher than that of control groups(P<0.01).The serum BUN,Cr,ALT, AST,ALP,GLU of treatment groups was lower than that of control groups(P<0.01)。The serum CHE of paraquat groups was lower than that of control groups(P<0.01)。The serum CHE of treatment groups was higher than that of paraquat groups (P<0.01)。The serum CHE of treatment groups was lower than that of control groups(P<0.01).The serum TNF-αof paraquat groups was higher than that of control groups(P<0.01).The serum TNF-αof treatment groups was lower than that of paraquat groups(P<0.01) Conclusion The treatment of penehyclidine hydrochloride combined with pralidoxime chloride is effective on mixed agricultural chemicals poisoning.
