Objective: Observe the effect of continuous intravenous pumping pralidoxime iodide on the acute organophosphate poisoning, Pralidoxime chloride has certain effect on treating organophosphorus poisoning. To compare Pralidoxime iodide and Pralidoxime chloride as detoxification drug for the patients with acute organophosphate poisoning, Thus evaluating the effect of pralidoxime iodide,provide more data for clinical application of the drug.Methods: Choice of 52 patients with severe organophosphate poisoning, ti26 cases used pralidoxime iodide as the experimental group,which because of lack of pralidoxime chloride,and 26 cases used pralidoxime chloride as the control group, the two groups were measured the cholinesterase before using detoxification drug, after 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, and 4 days. Compared the resurrection of cholinesterase, the amount of atropine used, average hospitalization days, complications, the prognosis and two kinds of drug side effects, to evaluate the effect of pralidoxime iodide.Results:1 The application of pralidoxime iodide as a detoxification drug compared with pralidoxime chloride group,the resurrection of cholinesterase situation has no obvious difference.2 Pralidoxime iodide as drug detoxification compared with pralidoxime chloride group, did not increase the total dose of atropine and the patient’s hospitalization days.3 Pralidoxime iodide group compared with pralidoxime chloride group did not increase the probability of occurrence of complications.4 Application of pralidoxime iodide compared with pralidoxime chloride, no difference between the prognosis, and the local reaction to reduce.Conclusions:1 The effect of continuous intravenous pumping pralidoxime iodide on acute severe oral organophosphorus poisoning is reliable.2 Pralidoxime iodide compared with pralidoxime chloride, no matter from the drug efficacy, dosage of atropine, the hospitalization days, complications and prognosis of patients has no obvious difference,and did not increase adverse reactions.3 Reasonable application of pralidoxime iodide can have the same therapeutic effect with pralidoxime chloride, can be the standby drug when pralidoxime chloride is insufficient.4 As intramuscular pralidoxime chloride could cause great painess, additional clinical studies of the way of drug-delivery were recommend...
