The Observation Of Tong Ding Tang On Primary Dysmenorrhea And The Discussion About The Relativity Between Primary Dysmenorrheal And Acne

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Dong Ding tang on the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal of the type of heat due to blood stasis , and to evaluate the effect of patients with facial acne as well as to discuss the mechanism between primary dysmenorrheal and acne.Methods: 70 patients with dysmenorrhea of the type of heat due to blood stasis at the same time meet with acne were randomly divided into groups of treatment group of Chinese medicine and control group of western medicine, the patients in treated group were given Dong ding tang,and the patients in control group were given Xiao Yan Tong.Observe the both score and efficacy of dysmenorrheal and acne, as well as dysmenorrhea symptoms efficacy of Chinese medicine, hemorheology indicators, safety indicators before and after the treatment.and the patients were followed up for three months to observe the recurrence of dysmenorrhea and acne cases.Results: The Tong Ding tang can improve pain in patients with symptoms of dysmenorrhea, there were significant difference (P<0.05) between the cure rate of dysmenorrhea effect and dysmenorrhea points compared with the control group before and after treatment, better than the control group, but the total efficiency compared with the two groups of patients with dysmenorrhea effect no significant difference (P>0.05).In the symptoms of the efficacy of Chinese medicine, the total efficient of Tong Ding tang is 93.9%,the control group is 81.3%, compared to the two groups the differences is significant (P <0.05). the treatment group can improve High blood shear viscosity,Low-cut whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity, there is significant difference (P <0.05) before and after treatment, while compared with the control group ,the control group can only improve plasma viscosity. About the symptoms of acne, there was significant difference in the acne points before and after the treatment (P<0.01), and there was significant difference(P<0.01) after treatment compared with the control group. Compared with the efficacy of acne, the total efficient of Tong Ding tang is 33.3%,the control group is 3%,there was significant difference(P<0.01) between the two groups.Conclusion: 1. Tong Ding tang has a exact effect on curing pain dysmenorrhea of the type of heat due to blood stasis ,and has a good pain functions. 2.Tong Ding tang can improve the efficacy of acne accompanied with dysmenorrheal of the type of heat due to blood stasis.3. Tang pain can be significantly improved Hemorheology indicators.4. Dong Ding tang is safe and reliable about clinical application, and has no significant side effects.
