The Clinical Research On Treatment Of The Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy With Fraction Massotherapy

Objective: Through the clinical research that to fraction massotherapy to treat the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,to disscuss if the fraction massotherapy can treat the cervical spondyloticradiculopathy and the mechanism,to bring forward the guidance fortreating the nerve-root cervical spondylosis with the naprapathy.Method: The clinical trials are conducted randomly to observe the cases change that include the X-ray and the CT in front and behind of treatment, analysis the change of monoamines nevotransmitter hands over the nature in the saliva in front and behind of treatment in order to definite the concrete curative of the fraction massotherapy to the massage tows the law treatment cervical vertebra sickness. One hundred and twenty cases were allocated equally to two groups: the group of fraction massotherapy ,the group of general naprapathy and the group of synthetical treatment.Results:There is marked diversity in observational index of two group before and after treatment(P<0.05),the group of fraction massotherapy is preferable to the group of imported medicine.Conclusions: Fraction massotherapy has marked effect to improve the observational index in treating the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, deserves to generalize on clinic. It's mechanism possibly exists in improving microcirculation effectively,adjusting the balance apparatusance inside and outsidecervical vertebrate,changing or adjusting the relationship between the nerve root and surrounding tissue,recovering the normal anatomic structure of cervical vertebrate and accordingly improving effectively symptom.
