Clinical Observation Of Self-designed Prescription Combined With Acupuncture For Treating Nerve Root Cervical Spondylopathy (Qi And Blood Stagnation Type)

Objective: This topic mainly observed the party combined acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type(Qi and Blood Stagnation Type),from the differentiation of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome,to observe the cooperation of acupuncture on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type(Qi and Blood Stagnation Type)after treatment of curative effect,thus for future orthopaedic clinic in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type provides a new effective solution.Methods: The cases of this subject were from patients of the Department of Orthopaedics of Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2018 and 80 patients with nerve root cervical spondylopathy who met the diagnostic criteria of Traditional Chinese and western medicine were chosen and given the treatment of self-designed decoction combined with acupuncture according to before and after treatment comparison with the paired design and self-control methods.2 weeks for a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 2 courses.Before and after the end of 2courses of treatment,Patients were graded according to VAS pain score,symptom quantification table 20 and TCM symptoms before and after treatment,and finally the safety and efficacy of the entire treatment regimen are evaluated by statistical data analysis of SPSS 19.0.Results: 1.By analyzing the VAS scores of patients before and after treatment,the results showed t=19.390,p<0.05 was statistically significant,indicating that the VAS pain scores of patients before and after treatment were significantly reduced.The treatment regimen was effective in treating patients with pain discomfort.2.By analyzing the symptom quantification table 20 points before and after treatment,the results showed that z=-7.457,p<0.05 was statistically significant,indicating that the score of 20 points of nerve root cervical spondylopath was significantly lowerbefore and after treatment,indicating that this program has a significant effect in improving nerve root cervical spondylopath(Qi and Blood Stagnation Type).3.By comparing the scores of TCM qi stagnation and blood stasis in patients,the results showed that z=-7.393,p<0.05,which was statistically significant,indicating that the score of TCM qi stagnation and blood stasis in patients was significantly reduced after this treatment scheme,which proved that this treatment scheme had a significant effect on improving TCM symptoms.4.The total effective rate and VAS pain score of male and female patients after treatment showed p>0.05,which was not statistically significant.Therefore,it was proved that there was no difference in the total effective rate and VAS score of pain reduction between male and female patients in this treatment scheme.5.After treatment,there are 7 cured cases,29 were markedly effective cases,33 effective cases,3 invalid cases,and the effective rate was 96%.Conclusion:Through the comparison of the final data analysis,the results prove self-designed prescription combined with acupuncture for treating nerve root cervical spondylopathy(Qi and Blood Stagnation Type)havs a significant curative effect;during the treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups,and with no side effects,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
