Studies On Chemical Components Of Ophioglossum Thermale Kom.

Ophioglossum thermale Kom.is the plant of Pteridophyta Ophioglossaceae.It grows widely in China,and the plant can be used as medicine.It is bitter,sweet, cool.It can clear heat,detoxicate,invigorate the circulation of blood,dissipate blood stasis and stop coughing.It is usually used to curing carbuncle,furuncle, scabies and eliminating the symptom of injurying from fall,chest and abdomen pain,snake bite and stomach pain etc.No phytochemistry research on Ophioglossum thermale Kom.has been reported.We first systematically study on chemical components of Ophioglossum thermale Kom.in Sichuan province.It was extracted with ethanol,and monomer compound was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and chromatotron.Eleven compounds have been isolated from the dry herb of Ophioglossum thermale Kom.Six compounds:linoleic acid,trielaidin,β-sitosterol, pentadecanoate triglyceride,monolinoleoyl glycerol,3-ethoxyquercetin were identified by NMR,TLC etc.All compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
