Analysis And Discussion Of Clinical Pathology Of Patients With Breast Diseases

Objective In this study of breast disease, through the diagnosis of a relatively disease, age composition, ultrasound and mammography compare the differences and accuracy of diagnosis of breast disease ,we can give advice to the clinical diagnosis.Methods A retrospective analysis of 889 cases of breast disease after surgical operation from 2006 to 2007.Grouping was made according to the patients age,i.e.every 10 years from 0 to 60 as a group,and the patients aged 61 and over as another group.At the same time ,we analyse the match of X-ray and ultrasound to the pathogenic diagnosis.Results 889 cases of breast disease in a benign breast lumps are up to 776 cases, accounting for 87.3 percent,breast adenosis (24.7%), breast fibroadenoma (43.9%), breast cysts (11%). There are 113 cases of breast cancer, the most invasive ductal carcinoma (8.55 percent), followed by the simple cancer (1.01%), medullary carcinoma (0.9%). Breast cancer from 30-year-old age group, increased with age, the incidence ratio increased, there was a significant difference. More benign lesions are to the right side, about breast cancer ,there was no significant difference between left or right side. The pathological diagnosis of benign breast lesions by color Doppler ultrasound rate was 91.1% (78.8% for mammography), and benign disease by the ultrasound diagnosis rate was 97.9% (95.6% mammography). Ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer rate was 83.7% (94.7% for mammography). Breast Imaging shows like a mass accounting for the majority, about 78 per cent, while 17 percent of calcification.Conclusion The common types of breast deseases in pathology are fibroadenoma, breast adenosis, breast cysts and invasive ductal carcinoma; different types of breast disease in pathology, there is a specific high incidence of age group; In mammography and ultrasound examination ,the misdiagnosis of breast deseases has different feature, especially in the fibroadenoma, breast cysts and breast cancer there. All of the above could be a reference value in clinical diagnosis.
