Essential hypertensive (EH) is a kind of independent disease with the hypertensive, but the cause of disease didn't find definition. It accounts for above 90% of all hypertensive patients. The small artery pathological change is the most important one. These changes in each phase can make the blood vessel narrow, but the small artery of the kidney is the most obvious. The main occurrence is in input small artery, less involving in output small artery. The kidney is damaged in the EH because the pathological changed blood vessel make to narrow even jam, which results in the kidney substance lack blood, makes glomerular a kind of fiber, makes renal tubule to atrophy, the quality turn to fiber, which results in the kidney skin quality become gradually thin. Patient's kidney external appearance has no change in early days. At last this kind of kidney has not function, so it is important to examine a EH patient with the indeed renal damage in early days.This research is to make a renal dynamic image for a patient by the 99mTc-DTPA as a kind of imaging agent and acquiring the diagnosis value that the EH kidney substance was injured in early days. According to the EH condition, we make the kidney dynamic image for 61 patients who suffered from EH. Measuring all kinds of kidney function parameters: each peak value, peak time, time of radioactivity half declined and measuring GFR by Gate's method, the same period examinations: BUN, Cr ,NAG,24 hours of MA and albumin in urine. According to contrast and analyse ,we find the GFR value in the renal dynamic image of the EH is higher sensitivity than laboratory examinations; in part of EH suffers whose renal were damaged in early days, compensation of healthy glomerular make GFR value in the normal scope, even higher than that of healthy people, which proves that the compensating function of glomerular is huge; renal tubule is more sensitive to lack blood and more damaged; the conclusion proves that masculine rate of the GFR measurement is higher than that of pure laboratory examination; but the masculine rate is further increased after the GFR combines with kidney image.
