With the development of network and information technology, the trend of realizing the digitization hospital is to make the medical data informationization, but the extant medical devices is still work as in single or few single-handed pattern, this function not only bring the high cost of the medical device, and the waste of calculation device, but also make the communicate between different medical unit is hard to communicate because of the various of protocol and disperse of the function, therefore the advantage of informatization of medical serves is hard to appear out.This paper is mainly discussing the medical data transmission technology through embedded device; bring out a new solution scheme by using a transmission platform of medical data. System adopts the C/S frame, composed of three parts: the collection of the patients' datas, the datas gathered and the processed by the server. Systems collect the patients's datas through medical devices and sensors, the datas are gathered via embedded devices, passing the datas then deal with server through network, make the medical services modularization by using dynamic link library, finally put the related datas to embedded device to show out. This scheme provided more expansibility to various medical devices, have effect to solve above-mentioned problem.On concrete realization, using ARM7 be the embedded platform, implant the uCLinux and wireless network on this platform, providing fundamental support, transmit the data on embedded thin client via wireless network; make use of the powerful calculation ability on PC to unify medical datas by using HL7 protocol, finish the protocol invert of medical data, and provide mechanism to applications to satisfy flexibility with differents medical treatment occasions, also make possibility of synthesis process to the patients physiological information; finally, using the multi-process alternate between high and low position, retransmission the physiological data to the embedded device to show out.The experiment indicates, this embedded thin client model having feasibility, not only realized the information sharing, has effect to reduce the cost of medical device, but also provides long-range nurse ability, optimized the medical services, at the same time, provided convenience condition for long-distance nursing and consultation, having certain practice value. This paper finally gives new vista for the development of medical services informatization by summary the work during research time.
