Due to the social development, the educational demand-and-supply relation has been changed and the deficient of educational resource is becoming obvious day by day, including the medical universities. This paper, titled Study the Designing database of the Medical Morphology's Teaching Resource, based on the analyses of current situation in the process of teaching, aims at building high quality multimedia teaching resource database to alleviate the insufficiency of medical teaching's resource. This building could make the teachers get the resource easily and conveniently, to degrade the difficulty of developing the courseware in order to raise efficiency and level, other than complicated computer technology. At the same time, it also offered directions and help for self-study.The analyses of the teaching resource's status quo summarized the concept and teaching's features of the medical morphology. Through the questionnaire about the applying effects of the multimedia teaching among teachers and undergraduates, this paper explored the theory and designing principles of this work, designed the database by taking the knowledge points as the core in line with the teachers and the undergraduates' necessity and connected these points with related information to form a super media structural system of this database. Teachers and undergraduates also operated trial and recalled the setback. The trial ensured that the database has been recognized by these people. Most of them consented its features, such as rational framework, scientific and systemic content, convenient and active application, the strong adaptable ability, etc. but there is still room to enrich its content in the future.
