The Construction And Research Of Nursing Case Database Under The Coordination Of Medical Education

Objective:1.Through consulting a large number of literature,discuss the evaluation index of nursing professional case resources,so as to construct the evaluation index system of nursing professional case resources;2.The evaluation of nursing cases according to the evaluation indicators,so as to complete the preliminary construction of nursing professional case database,for the future teaching of nursing professional provide rich case materials.Methods:1.Literature review was used to find and analyze the relevant researches on nursing cases at home and abroad,and the framework for the compilation of nursing cases and the evaluation of nursing professional case resources was determined,which laid a foundation for the later research.2.Through semi-structured interview,clinical nursing experts were interviewed on the framework of nursing professional case resource evaluation,opinions were listened to,the interview results were analyzed,and the evaluation indexes of nursing professional case resource were further improved.Thus the first round of expert consultation questionnaire was formed.3.Through the Delphi method,from the selection of both with nursing many years clinical experience or education of nursing workers,28 cases of nursing resources evaluation index for expert advice,using Excel 2010 database and statistical software SPSS17.0 statistical analysis,the result of the consultation are combined into the standard and expert advice,nursing case resources evaluation index is constructed.Results:1.According to two rounds of expert consultation,the evaluation index of nursing professional case resources was determined,and the construction of the evaluation indexsystem of nursing professional case resources was completed,including 5 first-level indexes and 27 second-level indexes.The recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaire was 93.33% and 100% respectively,and the experts were highly motivated.The authority coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.761 and 0.808 respectively,and the Kendall W coordination coefficient of the second round of expert consultation was0.095.Experts have a high degree of recognition of the index,so the index has a good credibility;.2.According to the evaluation index of nursing case resources,a preliminary construction of nursing professional case database,37 nursing cases were screened and revised,including 11 in internal medicine nursing,15 in surgery nursing,9 in obstetrics and gynecology nursing and 2 in pediatrics nursing.Conclusion:1.The evaluation index system of nursing case resources established by Delphi expert consultation ensures the scientific,practical and rational construction of the index system,highlights the characteristics of nursing teaching cases,and provides a basis for effective evaluation of nursing teaching cases.2.The construction of nursing case database provides rich case resources and quality assurance for nursing teaching.
