Data were analyzed with Chi-square test, nonparametric test and the conditional Logistic regression, then calculated the Odds Ratio and the 95% confidence. Cases were choice from in hospital patients who had diagnosed colorectal cancer in nearly one or two years. According to the principle of 1:1 matched case-control study, controls were paired to cases with age that younger or older 3 years old, same gender and cases must be non-cancer, no digestive apparatus disease patients.
