Analysis Of Result By Postoperative Colonoscopy In Those Patients Subjected To Operation On Cancer Of Large Intestine

Objective To investigate the regional recurrence of colorectal cancer patients after curative resection and probe the significance of early diagnosis and treatment of postoperative colonoscopy in order to improve the treatment in the future.Methods The colonoscopy was carried out in 426 colorectal cancer patients who had undergone curative resection,biopsy to the doubtful cases and high frequency electricity to the polypi,and all these tissue we get would be sent to be examined by pathology.Results Among which recurrence of the cancer was found in 29 patients(29/426)which are make up of 22 tally mouth cancers and 7 cases of multicentric colorectal cancer,polypi in 137(137/426)in which there are 110 cases of adenomatous polypi,stoma inflammation in 45(45/426).There are 12 cases who have definite symptom among 29 patients.And the other 15 cases are checked out in common.331 cases of the whole 426 patients do not have any symptom.However,some problems are found in 228 cases. There are 27 male cases(93.1%)among those recurrence of the cancer who were diagnosed,and they had male susceptibility.The recurrence is not related with different age classes.7 patients were under 40 years.12 cases were between 41～60 years and 10 cases were over 60 years.There is alse no difference among different recurrencent place of large intestine.Cancer was found in 1～2 years after the operation on cancer of the large intestine.Conclusion The regular postoperative colonoscopy is important to monitoring the patients who had suffered from carcinoma of large intestine,and is valuable to early diagnosis and treatment of recurrence of large intestine recurrence.There are many good qualities in colonoscopy,but in general, direct-viewing is the most important one.At the same time,we also could make biopsy to the doubtful cases and high frequency electricity to the polypi,and all these tissue we get would be sent to be examined by pathology.Postoperative cases were examined regularly by colonoscopy follow up without any symptoms. Adenoma was found timely to be terminated in evolution from adenoma of portion to cancer.As a result,it is very important to find early cancer and reduce the incidence of multi primary cancer.
