| Objective By observing the clinical effect of self-designed formula shenshao cream in preventing recurrence of adenomatous polyps of large intestine(spleen deficiency accompanied by stasis syndrome)after operation,the effect of shenshao cream in preventing recurrence of adenomatous polyps of large intestine(spleen deficiency accompanied by stasis syndrome)was discussed,and the related factors of recurrence of adenomatous polyps of colon were analyzed.Methods Sixty patients were all admitted to the department of spleen and stomach diseases,yantai hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2017 to September 2017 due to abdominal pain,abdominal distension,diarrhea and other reasons.After colonoscopy,they were diagnosed as colonic polyps with endoscopic resection,pathologically diagnosed as adenomatous polyps,and the TCM syndrome was spleen deficiency plus stasis syndrome.A randomized controlled trial was designed to divide 60 patients admitted to the department of spleen and stomach diseases of yantai hospital of traditional Chinese medicine who met the requirements into two groups:treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)Both groups were routinely given anti-inflammatory,hemostasis,nutritional support and other treatments after surgery,and the treatment group was given shenshao ointment on the basis of conventional treatment,20 m L each time,2 times a day,and the appropriate amount of warm water to take.Three months is a course of treatment.The control group received conventional treatment without any treatment.Both groups were re-examined with colonoscopy one year after surgery,and the scores of TCM symptoms and endoscopic examination results(including polyp location,size,number,yamada classification,resection method and pathological type of adenoma)of 60 patients before and after treatment were recorded respectively.Results Postoperative follow-up,(1)The recurrence rate of adenomatous polyps was 31.03% in the control group.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 7.14%.There was a difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),which was statistically significant,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(2)After the treatment of the two groups of patients with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy comparison,for abdominal pain,loose stool,shen-fatigue,nao-stay,chills,limbs not warm,pale yellow efficacy comparison,there are significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05)in the efficacy of constipation,hematostosis,pulse and tongue images.(3)Compared with the total efficacy of TCM syndromes in the two groups,the total effective rate in the control group was 68.97%,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 92.86%,with significant difference(P < 0.05)and statistical significance.The treatment group was superior to the control group.(4)Analysis of the related factors of the recurrence of adenomatous polyps in the large intestine showed that the recurrence of adenomatous polyps in the large intestine was related to the number of adenomas,the size of adenomas,the adenoma resection method and the pathological degree of adenomas(P < 0.05),and was not related to the gender,age,adenoma site,adenoma typing and pathological type of adenomas of the patients(P > 0.05).(5)No adverse reactions were observed during the study.Conclusions Shenshao ointment can effectively reduce the recurrence of adenomatous colonic polyps 1 year after surgery.Can improve the patient’s abdomen dull pain,loose loose stool,shen fatigue,na dun,fear of cold,limbs not warm,pale yellow clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and no adverse reactions,treatment is safe and effective.The recurrence factors of adenomatous polyps in large intestine were related to the number of adenomas,the size of adenomas,the way of adenoma resection and the pathological degree of adenomas. |
