Clinical Application Of Vibro-Liposuction

Objective: Explore how to operate, can take suction fat maximatily, in the same time, not only can achieve the best effect, reduce complication, but also can diminish doctors' labour intensity.Methods: During January 2006 and September 2007, we use vibro-liposuction technique under tumescent anaesthesia in the different part of 15 patients, during operation, monitoring their pulse and blood pressure, and seeing their tolerance level toward anaesthesia. To follow-up visit between 1~6 months after operation, observing the operation effect, complication, and the patients' satisfaction, than to summarize and study the operation and complication.Results: The 15 patients' vital sign is stable during operation, and never feel evident painful. There are not any anesthetic accidents. The patients are content with the effect.Conclusion: vibro-liposuction is a reducing weight way which is safe and effective, not only can reduce complication, but also can diminish doctors' labour intensity.
