OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical circumscriptions,operative skills and complications of liposuction using in plastic surgery, so as to guide clinical work and to obtain the best effect and the lest complication. METHODS: All 95 patients undergoing tumescent liposuction and autologous fat granule injection grafting were analyzed retrospectively during 2005-2007 years. 71 cases who have localized adiposity were performed tumescent liposuction on 148 sites, autologous fat granule injection grafting was used on 24 patients,analised ages,sites,the amount of infiltrated fluids and the lipoaspirated material,operative mathods and skills,complications,postoperative effect. RESULTS: All of 71 cases of localized adiposity performed tumescent liposuction,11 cases have local complications, percentage is15.4%,following postoperative cases3-12 months ,there was good result such as fewer complications,obviously shrinking skins and smooth operation areas, satisfactory rate was 78.88%;24 cases used autologous fat granule injection grafting, 6 cases have local complications, percentage is 17.1%, followed up 3 months , there was better effect on injected sites than preoperative,satisfactory rate was 70.85%;Satisfactory rate of 95 patients to postoperative shaping is up to 76.84%, satisfactory rate of gynecomastia is up to87.5%,and the satisfactory rate of slim that have localized adiposity is lower than the satisfactory rate of obesity who have stretchabl skin. CONCLUTION: Tumescent liposuction technique is not only treatment localized adiposity but also can inject fat issue into cavate sites in operation , it has fewer complications and is a safe and effective body sculpture technique,its treatment effect in some cases is better than old mathods.
