Abstract/Summary:
Xiaohuadiaolan originates from the dry herb or root of Chlorophytum laxum R.Br.Chlorophytum laxum R.Br is mainly distributed in south China.The aerial part of the plant is used as a folk medicine for the treatment of traumatic injury,poisonous snake bites,swelling and pain.In order to find out the bioactive constituents,we made a system isolation study on the chemical constituents of Chlorophytum laxum R.Br.To find out the bioactive constituents in Chlorophytum laxum R.Br,we studied on chemical constituents.We mainly isolated chemical constituents from n-butanol extractions with silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 column,and lastly identified them with UV,IR,EI-MS,ESI-MS,1HNMR,13CNMR,DEPT,1H-1HCOSY, HMQC,HMBC,NOESY.By means of those work,seven compounds were isolated from Chlorophytum laxum R.Br.On the basis of physical-chmical constants and spectral data(UV,IR,FAB-MS,1HNMR,13CNMR,DEPT,HMQC,1H-1HCOSY,HMBC),the chemical structures of six constituents were identified as 2-methyl-2,4-0-Isopropylidene-D-erythritol (Ⅰ),4'-0-β-glucopyranosylisovitexin(Ⅱ),4',5,7-trihydroxy-6,8-dimethyflavone (Ⅲ),Palmitric acid(Ⅳ),Daucosterol(Ⅴ),Stearic acid (Ⅵ).Among which,2-methyl-2,4-0-Isopropylidene-D-erythritol is a new compound,compoundⅡandⅥare extracted from Chlorophytum laxum R.Br for the first time.One compound still being identified.
