Objective:To lay a foundation for the further research and development,we carried on the system chemical constituents research work for the mango kernel. Methods:In this experiment, constituents were isolated from the alcohol extract of the mango kernel by the silica gel column chromatographyã€ODS column chromatographyã€Polyamide column chromatography and recrystallization,and so on。Results:In this experiment,17compounds were isolated from the alcohol extract of the mango kernel and9compounds were elucidated by the spectroscopic methods(Physicochemical properties,’H-NMR,13C-NMR, ESI-MS), including Gallic acid, β-sitosterol,3,4-O-isopropylidene shikimic acid, Methyl gallate, Quercetin, β-daucosterol,5-hydroxy-4-oxopyran-2-carboxylic acid, citric acid, mangiferin. Just three of those compounds3,4-O-isopropylidene shikimic acid,5-hydroxy-4-oxopyran-2-carboxylic acid and citric acid were first isolated from plant. |
