Research On Neuroprotective Effects Of Yiqi Huoxue Prescription In Cerebral Infarction During The Period Of Acuting Stage

ObjectiveIn the research we reviewed the modern reference and ancient literature. Based on clinical observation and animal experiment,this research evaluate the clinical efficacy and action mechanism of neuroprotective effects of Yiqi Huoxue prescription in cerebral infarction during the period of acuting stage with clinical randomized controlled research and animal experiment.Methods1.Randomly divide 60 patients with cerebral Infarction during the period of acuting stage into two groups which the prepared treatment group included 30 patients and the basic therapy group included 30 patients.The two groups were same in the basic treatment,but the tretment group was added the Yiqi Huoxue prescription.Time of therapy was 4-weeks.Evaluate the clinical efficacy by using Clinical Test Report on Criterion of Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of Apoplexy(1996),NIHSS and BI.2.All experimental SD rats were replicated RHR(renovascular hypertensive rats)model by constricting two renal arties bilaterally with ring shape silver clips.One month later,MCA model according Longa' s methond and sham operation modelwere made in RHR.According to the rule,rats were randomised into two groups which the prepared Yiqi Huoxue prescription group included 20 rats and the control group included 20 rats.Time of therapy was 1-week.Evaluate the efficacy by using Zea-longa Scale,mpo,area of cerebral infarction and patho-detection.After collecting the data,recording the data,we analyzed with SPSS 13.0 statistic softy-ware.Results1.There is comparability of two groups of the sex,age,the scores of NIHSS,GCSand BI before therapy.The curative effect in prepared Yiqi Huoxue prescription group was similar to the control group(P＞0.05).After treatment the two groups total scores of NIHSS and BI decreased,and there was statistic difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).2.The Yiqi Huoxue prescription can improve the scores of Zea-longa Scale,but there was no statistic significance difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).The mpo of treatment group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).There was statistic difference in area of cerebral infarction between two groups,the treatment group was smaller than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions1.The Yiqi Huoxue prescription can improve neurological deficits of Sprague Dawley rats with MCAO.It can cut down the MPO in blood serum,can loss inflummatory reaction in cerebral arterial thrombosis,can reduce cellular necrosis and dropsy,and it may be one of the mechanisms that improve neurological deficits in cerebral infarction.2.The Yiqi Huoxue prescription can improve neurological deficits and activities of daily living in patients with cerebral infarction.It can improve clinical symptoms,it may be one of the mechanisms that improve neurological deficits in cerebral infarction.
