ObjectiveIn this research, I reviewed the modern reference and ancient literature. Based on clinical observation and animal experiment, to evaluate the clinica efficacy and action mechanism of neuroprotective effects of Yiqi Huoxue prescription in hypertensive cerebral apoplexy before the state of the stroke with clinical randomized controlled research and animal experiment.Methods1. Part of clinical research:Select met inclusion criteria of hypertension patients with cerebral apoplexy, former state 57 cases fall off and lost to remove more than divid simple random cases,28 cases for the treatment group and control group of 27 patients. Two groups patients based therapy is same, the treatment group YongYi qi and activate blood circulation add for treatment. Before the treatment, treated according to my observation index content clinical observation.2. Part of animal experiments:Using HuangRuxun such as training of such reports with bilateral renal double clip method copy renal vascular hypertension model of rats, hypertension model conforms to the requirement of experiment 17 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group 15 cases and blank 16 cases, the treatment group irrigation clothing qi and promoting blood circulation piece, the control group, company take worship irrigation, blank group horse spirit serve distilled water, irrigation healing process observation rat activity after treatment with pathological detection, brain tissue ultrastructure observation, serum biochemical related indexes to evaluate its effect.After collecting the data, record the data, analyze with SPSS 13.0 statistic softy-ware.Results 1. After statistical analysis, the two groups before treatment, general information including gender, age, baseline before treatment, consistent, comparable. Statistics show clinical improvement of symptoms, biochemistry, blood flow velocity, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. Hypertension model SD rats treatment group blood pressure, C-reactive protein, compare a statistically significant (P<0.05). There was statistic difference in area of cerebral infarction between two groups, the treatment group was smaller than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions1. The prescription of Yiqihuoxue be to reduce stroke in hypertensive patients with neurological deficit before the state and improve the clinical symptoms, hypertension status before stroke has a neuroprotective effect on the prevention of the occurrence of stroke.2. The chip of Yiqi Huoxue can promote hypertension model SD rats neural function recovery, alleviate nerve damage, can reduce rat nerve cells in the brain tissue inflammation, relieve swelling degree, has certain nerve protection.
