| Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(abbreviated as DPN)is one of the major and common diabetes complications and its incidence rate is high,the harm is widespread.Because of its pathogenicity to many factors,therefore,a single treatment can not completely reverse or prevent its occurrence and development.The multi-target,multi-channel is the overall treatment of the combined effects of Chinese medicine advantage.The full development and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine in China's rich resources,a reasonable choice to study medicine,can play a more effective Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,the advantage is of great realistic significance and social significance.Object of this study is the inclusion of diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy except Chinese dialectical of deficiency of yin causes heat type permit.Through the 34 cases GuiLong-Pellet decoction group before and after treatment with clinical symptom score,nerve conduction velocity and safety indicators analysis,and 34 cases with western medicine mecobalamin treatment group were compared,confirmed GuiLong-Pellet decoction treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy effectiveness,and the relative safety of the advantages of Western medicine treatment.Objective:To investigatethe GuiLong-Peilet decoction treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical efficacy and relative advantages of western medicine treatment.Methods:A prospective randomized controlled approach would be consistent with the diagnostic criteria of 68 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients,divided into treatment and control groups,each with 34 cases of patients with diabetes therapy,the treatment group to GuiLong-Pellet decoction control Group to mecobalamin,treatment of 12 weeks,before and after treatment clinical symptom score and the major statistical indicators for laboratory analysis.Results:The total efficiency of the treatment group(91.2%)than control group(70.6%),the treatment group improved the clinical symptoms and improve nerve conduction velocity,lipid metabolism disorders and to improve safety aspects,such as superior to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:GuiLong-Pellet decoction effective than control group, GuiLong-Pellet decoction group,one case of recovery,effectual 13 cases,18 cases of effective and ineffective three cases,and the total efficiency of 91.2%,WM group effectual nine cases,effective 15 cases,10 cases of invalid, and the total efficiency of 70.6%compared to the two groups,there were significant differences(P＜0.05).That GuiLong-Pellet decoction in improving clinical symptoms and improve nerve conduction velocity,lipid metabolism disorders such as improvement in both good efficacy,and safety of good.For the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy precise effect of Chinese medicine research and development and application of the basis,which offers distinct advantages and broad prospects,thus enhancing the Chinese medicine in diabetic peripheral neuropathy prevention and research levels.
