Objective:To observe the hemorheological rule and evaluate the effect of Ligustrazine on the hemorrheologioal indexs and clinical therapeutic effect in the replanlation of amputated finger.Method:60 patients and 30 health adults(2007.01-2008.01)were reaserch in two clinical study.One,30 patients and 30 health adults were divided into 2 groups,We will observe the hemorrheological indexs in different time, including preoperative and postoperative.Two,30 patients were randomly divided into western medicine group, herb group and combined therapy group. Western medicine group were given D-40,herb group were given Ligustrazine and combined therapy group were given Ligustrazine and D-40.Three groups take medicine for 5 days. Before and after the treatment,we will observe the hemorrheological indexs and clinical therapeutic effect. Results:There were 59 patients completed the follow-up and treatment,1 patient were excluded.Firstly, all hemorrheological indexs in the replanla- tion of amputated finger were significantly increased from injury to post- operative 72 hours and recreased after 72 hours; To contrast the health adults, the former had a significant statistical difference(P<0.01,P<0.05)and the latter had no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).Secondly,Except for RBC deformation index, other hemorrheological indexs were significantly lower than than before treatment in three groups, there were significantly statistical differences(P<0.05);To contrast the western medicine group, except for blood low shearrnte, other hemorrheological indexs had no significant difference(P>0.05)in the herb group; Moreover, except for RBC deformation index and erythrocyte aggregation index, other hemorrheologi -cal indexs had significant difference(P<0.05)in the combined therapy group.Thirdly, the excellence rate in combined therapy group was highest than in the rest groups(77.8%),there were no significant statistical differences in 3 groups (P>0.05).Ligustrazine and D-40 had similar therapeutic effect and obviously improve the function of replanted finger;when they were simultaneously used,it had better therapeutic effect, but untoward reaction also correspondly increased. Conclusion:There was a high coagulated and hyperviscous condition in injured patient's blood from injury to postoperative 72 hours, and their blood recover normal condition after 72 hours,Ligustrazine and D-40 had similar therapeutic effect and obviously improve the function of replanted finger.Besides, when they were simultaneously used, therapeutic effect was better,Ligustrazine can significantly recrease the blood apparent viscosity and improve abnormal blood condition, which probalblly was implemented by lowering RBC area and the concentration of FIB,restraining platelet aggregation and increasing erythrocyte deformability.
