Observation On Clinical Efficacy Of Shujin Huoxue Washing Decoction On Movement Function Rehabilitation After Replantation Of Amputated Finger

Objective: To study the effect of Shujin Huoxue Washing Decoction on movement function restoration after replantation of amputated fingers,to provide a theoretical basis for better clinical application.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,who selected 60 patients,survived after replantation of amputated fingers in hand surgey of Wendeng Osteopathic Hospital of Shandong Province from July 2013 to July 2014,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, functional exercise combined with warm water fumigation to control group, functional exercise combined with Shujin Huoxue Washing Decoction to experimental group. Herbal fumigation for 30 cases in experimental group after the kirschner wire removed and the eyes of needle healing,1 month as 1 treatment course,totally 3 courses of treatment;warm water for 30 cases in control group after the kirschner wire removed and the eyes of needle healing,1 month as 1 treatment course,totally 3 courses of treatment. To record the situation of finger movement, pain and swelling index after each course of treatment of all patients in two groups, collect data and statistically analysis.Results:(1)The information of two groups,such as age, gender, wounded finger, and so on, was no statistically significant(P>0.05), two groups were comparable.(2) The information of two groups, such as total active motion, pain index, swelling, was no statistically significant(P>0.05), two groups were comparable.(3) Compared total active of wounded fingers in two groups after each course of treatment,through statistical analysis,there were significant differences(P<0.05). Compared total active of pain index in two groups after each course of treatment,through statistical analysis,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Compared total active of swelling in two groups after each course of treatment,through statistical analysis,there were significant differences(P<0.05).The evaluation of motor function of amputated fingers after three courses of treatment for two groups, through statistical analysis,there were significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: It is a simple and effective treatment in the process of function restoration combined with Shujin Huoxue Washing Decoction after replantation of amputated finger.
