ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of synthetic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for the tubal pregnancy treated after laparoscopic oviduct-sparing surgery and the influence to the level of IL-2 and IL-6 in patients' serum.Methods60 patients of the tubal pregnancy were selected from Zhaoqing traditional medicine hospital during July 2014 to March 2016,and were divided randomly into two groups, with 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The cwo groups both received laparoscopic oviduct-sparing surgery anda 3-days' routine anti-infection treatment after operation. The treatment group started to receive comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine at the seventh day of menstrual cycle;the control group was just followed up with observation. The patients' clinical symptoms and physical signs were observed before and after treatment, and a scale of TCM syndrome was applied to evaluate the effect;using the technique of Hystero-salpingography to observe the unobstructed rate of fallopian tube in the operated side;lastly to compare the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in patients'serum.Results1.There were 2 cases drop in the treatment group and 1 case drop in the control group after 3 months follow-up;There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of surgical age, preoperative HCG,duration of menelipsis and pregnancy history(P>0.05);2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.2%,and of the control group was 65.5%after 3 months treatment. There was significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate(P<0.05),indicating that the total effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group;3.The score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 12.29 ± 4.50,and was 15.16±5.88 in the control group after 3 months treatment. There was significant difference between the two groups in the score of TCM syndrome(P<0.05),indicating that the recovery degree of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group;4.The unobstructed rate of fallopian tube at the operated side in the treatment group was 64.3%,and was 37.9%int the control group after 3 months treatment, with a difference statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the unobstructed rate of fallopian tube at the operated side in the treatment group was apparently superior to that in the control group after 3 months treatment;5.There were significant differences between the two groups in the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in patients' serum in the operated side after 3-months'treatment(P<0.05),indicating that in the treatment group, the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in patienrts' serum was apparently lower than than that in the control group.ConclusionThe synthetic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for the tubal pregnancy treated after laparoscopic oviduct-sparing surgery could improve TCM clinical symptoms of the patients, and increase the unobstructed rate of fallopian tube at the operated side, and even lower the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in patients' serum after treatment, with a significant clinical effect.
