Age of onset concentrated in the 40-60 years of age.The patients's average age is 51.03±12.32-year-old.Asthenia renal cold and mild superficial pyrosyndrome for asthenia renal cold are the major types.The three groups in average age,age distribution,the average duration of course,duration of course distribution are no difference(P＞0.05).The main symptoms of the patients(frequency＞30)from to less are lassitude,chilly,pricking pain for joint,thirst,gas pains for joint,joint swelling,joint dread cold weather,joint flexion negative,not hand-foot-temperature,night urinary frequency,physically heavy storm.The main tongue diagnosis and palpation include pale tongue,dark tongue, ecchymosis tongue,carmoisine tongue,red tongue,white coating,thin coating, deep pulse,thready pulse,weak pulse,rolling pulse,soft pulse.The symptoms of the patients which belong to asthenia renal cold from to less are lassitude,chilly,pricking pain for joint,joint dread cold weather, gas pains for joint,joint swelling,not hand-foot-temperature,night urinary frequency,joint flexion negative,thirst,physically heavy storm,loose stool.The symptoms of the patients which belong to mild superficial pyrosyndrome for asthenia renal cold from to less are lassitude,thirst,pricking pain for joint,joint dread cold weather,chilly,gas pains for joint,joint swelling, Night's Dream,joint flexion negative,constipation,physically heavy storm, insomnia,not hand-foot-temperature,little joint-fever,joint skin's temperature high.Asthenia renal cold have chilly,night urinary frequency,joint dread cold weather,not hand-foot-temperature,pale tongue,white coating more.Mild or severe superficial pyrosyndrome for asthenia renal cold have thirst,joint skin's temperature high,joint feverconstipation,insomnia,night's dream, red tongue,yellow coating and rapid pulse more.Their difference are between thirst,insomnia,night's dream,white coating,yellow coating.Applying Eucommia Bark,Himalayan Teasel Root,Malaytea Scurfpea Fruit, Fortune's Drynaria Rhizome,Twotoothed Achyranthes Root,Prepared Common Monkshood Daughter Root,Dried Ginger,Common Anemarrhena Rhizome,Red Peony Root most in the frequency and dosage.Asthenia renal cold use Malaytea Scurfpea Fruit,Fortune's Drynaria Rhizome,Twotoothed Achyranthes Root,Prepared Common Monkshood Daughter Root, Dried Ginger more in the frequency,and use Malaytea Scurfpea Fruit,Fortune's Drynaria Rhizome,Himalayan Teasel Root,Eucommia Bark,Prepared Common Monkshood Daughter Root,Dried Ginger more in the dosage.Mild or severe superficial pyrosyndrome for asthenia renal cold would reduce the amount of the drug for invigorating the kidney and warming yang on the basis of plus Amur Cork-tree,rehmannia dride rhizome,Turtle Shell,Red Peony Root,Chinese Starjasmine Stem.
