Clinical Observation Of Invigorating Kidney And Dispelling Wind Soup Combined With 308nm Excimer Light In The Treatment Of Vitiligo On Faces And Necks

ObjectiveTo evaluate the therapeutic effect of invigorating kidney and dispelling wind soup combined with 308nm excimer light in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency vitiligo on faces and necks.MethodsSelect a total of 120 cases eligible patients with vitiligo in clinic,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group I,control group II,the number in each group were 40 people.The treatment group was orally taken Bushen Qufeng Decoction(100ml each time,twice daily)and combined with 308nm excimer light irradiation(initial dose 70%the minimal erythema doses,each dose increment 300mJ/cm2,2 times per week)and topical tacrolimus ointment(twice daily);control group ? oral Bushen Qufeng Decoction and topical tacrolimus ointment(method with the treatment group);control group? cured with 308nm excimer light irradiation and topical tacrolimus ointment(method with the treatment group).Each group was treated for 15 consecutive weeks,and the efficacy of vitiligo skin lesions was evaluate after 5,10 and 15 weeks treatment.Before and after the treatment,scores of Chinese medicine syndromes were scored.ResultsAfter 5 weeks treatment,difference between treatment group and control group I was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group II,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),there was significant difference between the control group ? and control group ?(P<0.05).After 10 weeks treatment,difference between treatment group and control group I was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group II,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),there was not significant difference between the control group I and control group ?(P>0.05).After 15 weeks treatment,difference between treatment group and control group ? was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group ?,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was not significant difference between the control group ? and control group ?(P>0.05);After 15 weeks treatment,the scores of Chinese medicine syndromes between the treatment group and control group ? was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the control group ?,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference between the control group? and the control group ? was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusioninvigorating kidney and dispelling wind soup combined with 308nm excimer light in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency vitiligo on faces and necks is effective.In patients with clinical curative effect and improve the skin area,TCM syndrome is superior to pure 308nm excimer light irradiation group and simple oral invigorating kidney and dispelling wind soup group,and no obvious adverse reaction,worthy of clinical further promotion.
