Clinical Research Of Hua Zhuo An Shen Decoction In Primary Insomnia Patients With Phlegm Heat Disturbance

Objective:Through clinical observation of Huazhuo Anshen Decoction in the treatment of primary insomnia of phlegm heat disturbance heart syndrome,to provide new ideas for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese Medicine,and to explore the pathogenesis and therapeutic methods with the theory of turbid blood.Methods:Select 60 patients who were in primary insomnia of phlegm heat disturbance heart syndrome in the encephalopathy clinic of affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and who were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group and the control group owned 30 cases each.There was no significant difference in gender, age, insomnia severity, Pittsburgh sleep quality index and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score between the two groups(P > 0.05).The treatment group was given Huazhuo Anshen Decoction,and the control group was treated with huanglianwendan Decoction, western medicine would be given if necessary.After taking the medicine for 3 weeks,1 week after drug withdrawal.Observe the patients before and after the treatment,which included improvement of insomnia,TCM syndrome score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality indexs..Results:After taking the medicine for 3 weeks, 1 weeks after drug withdrawal:1.the syndromes of the treatment group and the control group were both improved, and the treatment group was dominant(P < 0.01);2.Subjective sleep of the patients in both groups was prolonged, the subjective sleep latency of the treatment group was longer than that of the control group(P < 0.01);3.Time to fall asleep in both groups was shortened, and the time to fall asleep shortened more in treatment group than control group(P < 0.01);4.The clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved, and the clinical symptoms of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01);5.In the process of taking the drug,no significant adverse events happened,and Safety index examination did not appear abnormal. Conclusion: HuaZhuoAnShen Decoction has a good effect on treating primary insomnia of phlegm heat disturbance heart syndrome,which can improve the patient's Chinese medicine syndrome, reduce the patient's sleep time, increase the subjective sleep time, improve the quality of sleep.And there is no adverse reaction.
