Clinical Study Of Qing Zhong An Shen Decoction For The Treatment Of Insomnia Of Internal Disturbance Of Phlegm Heat

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of Anshen Yin Qing in insomnia of internal disturbance of phlegm heatMethods:the clinical patients in60cases of insomnia of internal disturbance of phlegm heat type as the object of study; the60patients were randomly divided into treatment group (Qing of Anshen Yin group) and control group (alprazolam group). After4weeks, observe the change of PSQI scale score, TCM syndrome in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:before treatment, two patients in group sex, PSQI, TCM Syndrome by statistical test P value of>0.05, no statistical significance, the two groups had no significant difference, comparable.4weeks after the treatment, PSQI, TCM syndrome in patients of the two groups were all improved, but the treatment group than the control group.1according to PSQI score:the treatment group markedly effective rate of83.33%, the total efficiency of90%; control group, markedly effective rate of53.33%, the total efficiency of80%; there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05);2according to the Chinese medicine symptom score improvement rate evaluation of curative effect:treatment group markedly effective rate of73.34%, the total the efficiency of90%; control group, markedly effective rate of43.34%, the total effective rate was80%, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:clearing of Anshen Yin can effectively improve the symptoms of insomnia patients, has good clinical curative effect on treating insomnia of internal disturbance of phlegm heat.
