An Analysis Of The Exterior Correlation Risk Factors Of Difficult Airway For The Snoring Children

Objective:analysize the exterior risk factors of differences preoperative for the snoring children,evaluating accurately the airway condition of the snoring children, classified difficulty airway according to the reason,investigating and analysizing the risk factors of perrioperative concerning safety airway of the snoring children,it put forward the management of difficulty airwayof the snoring children and the plan of concerning risk factors which can prevent safety airway Methods:snoring children were selected to compare several multifactorial clinical indexes for predicting DI.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to examine the relative risk factors including body mass index(BMI),apnea hypopnea index(AHI),neck upward degree,upper-lower incisor teeth distance,micrognathia,Mallampati's modified test.Result:The relative risk factors of difficult airway were:AHI(OR=7.56,P=0.036),neck upward degree(OR=14.936, P=0.011).Conclusion:AHI,and neck upward degree is a high risk for difficult airway. A simple model is produced for predicting difficult airway in snoring children.
