The Study On The Correlation Between Clinical Risk Factors Of Snoring Disease In Children

Objective: To explore the clinical onset of children with snoring related factors,provide a reference basis for clinical prevention and treatment of children with snoring.Methods: Based on a comprehensive understanding of the medical history of snoring,develop TCM syndrome questionnaire through the questionnaire survey,from June 2015 ~2017 years 02 months in Shangdong Province-owned Hospital Affiliated Hospital(West Hospital),Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from the outpatient and ward,who has been diagnosed with113 cases of clinical records of children with snoring,collect data,establish children rhonchus database,using SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results: 113 cases met the requirements of the case,male children in 66 cases,accounting for 58.4%,female children in 47 cases,accounting for 41.6%.Male to female ratio 1.4:1.The age of onset was mainly 3-7 years old,and the course of disease was 1-3 years.Risk factors,and repeated exopathy,balanced diet,supine position,passive smoking,exercise less,high BMI.Children with Qi deficiency,phlegm wet mass.Multiple combined with tonsil and adenoid hypertrophy.Obesity,family history of snoring.Syndrome differentiation of lung and spleen deficiency type 48 cases(42.47%),spleendeficiency and dampness type in 32 cases(28.31%),phlegm and blood stasis type in 29 cases(n = 25.66%),other types of syndromes(3.54%).The card type and exogenous frequency,diet,exercise,and physical fitness are associated with each BMI.Conclusion: The occurrence of snoring in children is the result of the combined effects of many factors,and these pathogenic factors are also the basis of syndrome differentiation.Clinically,it can prevent the occurrence of the disease and reduce the incidence of the disease by avoiding repeated exogenous infection,correcting sleeping posture and improving the living environment of the children.For the sick children,clinical examination should be carried out in a comprehensive and detailed way,and comprehensive analysis of various pathogenic factors,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,Take the best preventive measures.
