A Research On The Relationship Between Uygur' Classification Of Abnormal Hilit And TCM Type In The Treatment Of Regressive Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective: To set up a relatively complete and systematic database of regressive Psoriasis vulgaris in XinJiang region through researching the correlationship between Abnormal Hilit and TCM type. Method:Choose 435 patients. Their conditions are conform to the standards of western treatment. TCM type and abnormal Hilit can be classified by Uygur doctor. Traditional Chinese medicine divide them into blood heat type, blood dry type, blood stagnation type and blood week type. Uygur medicine divide them into abnormal Sawda Hilit, abnormal Balham Hilit, abnormal Sapra Hilit abnormal Khan Hilit. The patients are disgnosed and classified by qualifred Uygur and Chinese physicians in the department of dermatologuy. Result: 1)Among the 435 patients, 177 are female, 256aremale; 315chinese, 71Uygers, 29Chinese Musns, 13Kazahks, 3 Russians, 2 Manchus, 2 Mongohans, 1 Kirghiz, Their ages are 34.34±13.18.2)The distribution of blood types: typeB157(36.09%)>typeA144(33.10%)>type O 99(22.76%)>typeAB35 (8.05%). The distribution above is of statistical significance(P=0.00).3)It's of statistical significance (P=0.00). among Balham Hilit and blood stagnation type; abnormal Sapra Hilit, abnormal Khan Hilit and blood heat type; abnomal Sawda Hilit and blood dry type are related to certain extent. Conclusion: There is a correlationship between Uygur's classification of abnormal Hilit and TCM type in the treatment of regressive Psoriasis vulgans.
