| Objective To probe into the life quality and M entality of coronary heart disease inpatients in general hospitals. Method A total of 204 coronary heart disease inpatients aged 60 or over in Xinjiang medical university,the first affiliation hospital and 80 elders aged over 60 in the communities were investigated by filling out health state questionnaire(SF-36), as well as the the hospital anxiety and depression scale (HAD). And adopt PEMS 3.1 softwares carry out analysis on result. Through t test ,χ2 test , and multiplevariance analysis to survey QOL. Result The life quality of coronary heart disease inpatients was remarkably lower than that of senile people of common mode.The life quality of coronary heart disease inpatients was negatively correlated with the state of anxiety and depression of them. Conclusion Somatic diseases had dramatically affected the life quality of elderly inpatients. Clinical treatment can improve the CHD patients physicalfunction , besides ,mental care and social support is able to raise their quality of life.
