Study On The Treatment Of ZhenWu Tang On Rats With IgA Nephropathy

Aim: To study the therapeutic effects and mechanisms of ZhenWu Tang(ZWT) on rats with IgA nephropathy.Methods: The rats were randomized into normal group, model group, contrast group, ZWT high, middle, low groups. The model of IgA nephropathy was established by approaches of Immunity complex: BSA is taken orally, SEB is injected into vein of tail. To observe the effects of ZWT on the rats with IgA nephropathy of the counts of urinary erythrocytes, Uriprotein for 24hr, Cr,BUN and immunity-fluorescence-sediments of the kidneys. The study focused on observing the effect of ZWT on the function of erythrocyte-immunity of rats with IgA nephropathy.Results: ZWT could relieve the clinical symptoms such as blood urine, protein urine(P<0.05), and lessen the damage of the kidney functions(P<0.05). The pathology analysis demonstrated that the level of IgA sediment in areas of mesangial cells of treating group was significantly lower than that in model group(P<0.05). ZWT could improve function of erythrocyte-immunity of rats with IgA nephropathy through improve the functions of erythrocyte C_3b receiver and erythrocyte IC receiver(P<0.05). The effects in high and middle groups were significant. The effects in low group wasn't sure.Conclusions: ZWT has good clinical consequences for IgA nephropathy. It could relieve blood urine, protein urine; lessen the damage of the kidney functions; lower the level of IgA sediment.Its mechanism may be improving the function of erythrocyte-immunity in rats with IgA nephropathy.
